Enables access to the remote control feature on android and iOS.

Syntax

mobileEnableRemoteControl

Description

Use the mobileEnableRemoteControl command to start receiving remote control events after you start playing audio.

On iOS, the remote control feature allows access to the audio controls both on an external device and also on the device itself when in lockscreen. The audio category must first be set to 'playback' using the iphoneSetAudioCategory command.

On android, the remote control feature allows access to audio controls on a notification, lockscreen and hardware buttons. The display data must be set using the mobileSetRemoteControlDisplay command before a notification appears and controls appear on lockscreen.
